A UI for seeing what buffs are active from other members in the raid. It will show effects added to the group and/or yourself.

It is split up into "Offensive Actives", "Tank Actives", and "Other Class Defensive Actives" so you can delete or disable the aspects you don't want to show up on screen.
It can also be used to help tanks/healers coordinate defensive skills and not overlap them massively.
