My own personal mini anthem tracker, with added extra personal anthem buff icons with timers.
Tracks personal buffs/heals from: Dissonance, War, Free Peoples and Resonance anthems.

EDIT -- If you wish to move it around on screen without breaking up the UI, please move only using the **anchor**
Further EDIT -- upon reload of the plugin, the UI will move back to the original place. To fix this and have the anchor static in where you want the UI you can change the anchor coords in General PrimeUI Settings in the UI options and scroll down to where it says Advance Settings and Anchor X/Y :)

-- Still using the old Timergroup and Skill Labels which eventually shall be updated into the newer TimerGroup2 and Skill Timer elements but for now this works fine! :)
-- Reset the opacity of when no anthems/buffs are on the player to be invisible. - If you want it semi transparent you can change the number option in the numerical options then opacity when not active to e.g. 0.2 rather than 0. :)
